Liposuction is one of the most performed cosmetic surgeries in the United States. It works, and it comes with general anesthesia, recovery time, compression garments, bruising, and the risk of hardened, uneven areas afterward. For many people, the result they want does not justify what it takes to get there.
Fusion Lipo is our non-surgical body contouring protocol. It uses plasma energy to firm and tighten the skin of a treated area, refining the contour you see in the mirror without an incision, an injection, or a recovery plan.
The visible shape of an area is not only what sits under the skin. It is also the skin itself: its firmness, its texture, and how closely it follows the structure beneath it. Lax, crepey, or uneven skin reads as heaviness even at a stable weight. Fusion Lipo works on that layer. Warm plasma delivers a broad, gentle field of energy that stimulates collagen and elastin, and cold plasma calms the tissue and supports recovery in the same session. Over a series, the skin firms, the texture evens, and the contour sharpens.
What Fusion Lipo is not. It is not liposuction, not a fat-removal procedure, and not a weight-loss treatment. If volume removal is the goal, surgery is the honest answer, and we will tell you at the Blueprint if your goal belongs in someone else's chair. Our lane is the skin and the silhouette.
Comfortable is the honest word. Most clients describe gentle warmth with a light prickling, easy to tolerate with no numbing, no needles, and no compression garments afterward. Sessions run 45 to 60 minutes depending on the area. Most clients resume their day immediately; any sensitivity settles within 48 hours.
Change is not instant. The skin begins responding right away, but visible firming develops from around week three and continues improving for two to three months as collagen remodels.
A series of two to six sessions spaced two to three weeks apart is typical for a single area; larger multi-area programs are designed at the Blueprint. The protocol pairs naturally with membership: a monthly session maintains the firmness the series built and keeps compounding it.
The same energy that firms also resurfaces. Clients treating contour often see the look of unevenness and dimpling soften across a series, which is why we treat texture and firmness together rather than as separate line items.
One of the most valuable applications of the protocol is the one nobody markets: softening the firm, uneven areas that can remain after liposuction. These hardened patches are common and rarely addressed by the surgeon who created them. Plasma helps soften how these areas look and feel and improves surface texture, with no further surgery. If you have had liposuction and are unhappy with the evenness of the result, this alone is worth a consultation.
If measured circumference change is part of your goal, that is a different tool with a different clearance. Our Invisa-RED program is cleared for temporary circumference reduction of the cleared areas — waist, hips, and thighs — and many body programs pair the two: one works on the measurement, the other on the skin that shapes how the measurement looks. The Blueprint maps which belongs in your plan.
The protocol suits people at or near a stable weight with localized laxity: post-partum abdomens, arms and thighs that have softened with age, post-liposuction texture concerns, and anyone who wants the skin addressed as part of the contour rather than left to chance.
Bring us the area. The Blueprint will tell you honestly what plasma can and cannot do for it.
